I took the plunge and bought those PME decorating tips I talked about a few posts back. Apparently they are suppose to be the best ever for decorating....particularly for writing.
Of course I had to buy 3.
Writing has always been a daunting task for me. I worry about spacing and the icing working perfectly and it just overwhelms me.
Luckily, the consistency of this icing was just right and the letters stayed exactly where I put it and didn't spread out.
Those PME tips are seamless stainless steel which means they shouldn't rust.
The seamless is suppose to help get rid of those squiggly lines that sometimes occur. When you squeeze icing out of a small decorating tip, like a size #1...and the tip has a seam in it...the icing can come out in a curly q. It makes writing in a straight line extremely difficult.
I've got some writing to do on more cookies tomorrow and I'm excited to use my brand new PME tips...from England!
Only problem now is I have no more excuse for crappy writing!
