You have to promise me you won't tell anyone that I gave you a sneak peak of these cookies.
About two weeks after I created my facebook page, I was asked to participate in a Halloween cookie swap. Talk about humbling.
I've kept the cookies I made a secret for over two weeks now and it's been killing me!!!
I wanted to do something different and not use orange or green. Sillouhettes are really popular right now and I loved the idea of having a spooky graveyard nighttime scene. I probably won't ever attempt to use isomalt in a section of a cookie again. Atleast not until I really get the hang of the isomalt.
But here's the best part. I'll give you a sneak peak at the cookies I received in the mail today.
I have to apologize to Kristina of Kristina's Kreations for not getting a picture of her delicious Lemon Whipper Snappers. They were in the bottom of the box and I didn't realize it until after I had taken my pictures.
Hope you guys are as impressed with all the creativity in those photos as I am!
Now I've got to start thinking about the Christmas swap!1 Comment »
