Make that two cousins actually.
So....what do you do when you're heading out of town bright and early tomorrow morning...and you're currently laying on the couch woozy from pain meds from having your wisdom teeth pulled this morning?
You blog about cookies, duh.
I usually have a rule to never blog about cookies before my customer has seen them, but in this case, they're for family and I know they won't mind.
Meet my cousins (and my aunt and uncle).
Jayme and Jayson
Although, typically, when I remember them, this is what I think of.
Jayme becoming a biker babe way early (totally kidding of course!)
Circa Summer 1990
And Jayson as a little kid.
(Shaking Joe Paterno's hand-circa 1995 or 1996)
And here we are, all grown up with my grandma at Easter this year.
Jayme and Jayson are on the left...the other ladies are my sisters.
This year, Jayme graduated from West Chester University and Jayson graduated from Bellefonte Area High School. I can't think about it too much or I start to feel really, really old.
When I head out of town tomorrow morning, I'll be going to their graduation parties. I'm so excited to celebrate these momentous occasions in their lives. Although, I'm highly annoyed with myself for scheduling to get my wisdom teeth removed right before a huge party and awesome party food!
Of course, I can't go to a party without taking cookies!
Here are Jayson's Bellefonte cookies.
And Jayme's West Chester cookies.
Happy Graduations Cousins!!!
P.S. Any guesses what my uncle's name is???
