Everytime I think of lobsters, I think of that Friends episode.  The one where Phoebe shares her theory about people finding their soulmates...or their lobsters.

 

 

I made these cookies for a Rehearsal Dinner held at a local restaurant.  This particular restaurant has a lobster in their logo so these cookies were fitting for the evening.

But all I could think about was how Shira and Wesley have found their lobsters.
